At 30 years old, I went from running marathons and teaching fitness classes to being bedridden — knees filled with fluid, on crutches, on steroids just to function.

I had been doing "everything right." I was fit. I was disciplined. I was depleted.

It took 16 years, a complete health collapse, nutrition school, and a deep dive into the mind-body connection to understand what I had missed: healing is not one thing.

It's not just food. Not just exercise. Not just mindset. It's the relationship between all of them — and the nervous system, the gut, the emotions, the environment, and the patterns you've never questioned.

That realization became this program.
